Returns & refunds

Our chocolate is prepared to order and carefully packed. As a perishable product, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as it should be, we’ll arrange a replacement.

Email contact@arra-london.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos

If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for it to appear.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, you can choose between next-day or two-day delivery at checkout.
