Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are prepared promptly and dispatched within 1 working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We offer the following delivery options at checkout:

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. Shipping costs and available options will be shown at checkout. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays.

Cancellations & Changes

Order changes, including address updates, may be possible depending on the status of your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can assist with changes where possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@arra-london.com if you need to request a change.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including delivery address and contact information, are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
